Hytec Automotive announces new vice president

COLUMBUS, Ohio- Hytec Automotive, a DeBartolo Company, (Hytec) confirmed today it has named Bob Van Gorkom vice president of sales and marketing.

Van Gorkom, who has been with Hytec for a year, will, as vice president of sales and marketing be responsible for building market awareness, fostering growth through North American sales, working with independent sales representatives and cultivating new business. Prior to joining Hytec, Van Gorkom spent nearly 20 years with Lucas Industries, Autospecialty and TRW where he held various senior management positions.

Van Gorkom’s office will be located at Hytec’s North American corporate headquarters in Columbus, Ohio where he will head up the sales and marketing department.
